Most birthdays in Abu Dhabi need more hands than people expect: someone for the balloons, a baker, an entertainer, a photographer, perhaps a caterer and a venue. Each wants its own brief and payment, and the host ends up coordinating instead of celebrating. We act as your single point of contact. Share the date, the guest list and the mood, and you get back one plan with one price.
Every plan begins with the person celebrating: their age, their interests and the kind of day they enjoy. From there we suggest a setting, perhaps a family villa or apartment, a shaded garden, a party room in a tower on Al Reem, a venue arranged on request or a yacht cruising past the Corniche, along with a theme and a timetable that fits your hours. When a venue is involved, its menu is quoted by the venue directly, so every line in the budget stays clear.
On the day our crew arrives early to build the set, the cake goes out once the styling is finished, a host or DJ keeps things moving and everything is packed away at the end. You spend the party with your guests, not with suppliers.

Common questions from Abu Dhabi hosts
Do you set up in family villas and apartments?
Yes, a large share of our parties happen at home, from Khalifa City villas with big gardens to tower apartments on Al Reem and Al Maryah. Community rules on inflatables, music and access for our crew remain the host's to check, and we plan around them.
Can you arrange a venue?
Yes, on request: halls, private dining rooms, terraces, gardens and play venues. The venue quotes its own food and room costs, and if we reserve an outside venue on your behalf, our planning fee from AED 750 is added.
Can the party be outside the city?
Yes. Desert-edge gardens and spots beyond the city work well on cooler evenings. We plan these on request and list any travel charge clearly in your quote.
How does payment work?
Once the plan is agreed in writing, you pay a 50% deposit to reserve the date. Tabby, Tamara, card and cash are all accepted, and the rest is due before the party.
When should we start planning?
Allow two to four weeks for most parties. Weekends between October and April and yacht dates go quickly, so start earlier for those; a simple home setup can sometimes come together in a few days. For a rough figure, open the party builder.
