We collect the information needed to organise your party and look after it carefully. This page sets out what we hold, the reasons, and the choices you have.
Information we receive
When you fill in the request form, use the party builder or email us, you share your name and email, a phone number if you decide to add one, and whatever party details you include: date, setting, guest numbers, children's ages, theme, budget, allergies and notes.
The site never asks for ID documents or card details. Payments run through whichever provider you pick, for example Tabby, Tamara or a secure card page.
How we use it
We use your information to answer you, put together a plan and a price, reserve the suppliers involved and run the day itself. Marketing that has nothing to do with your party is never sent without your agreement.
Who receives it
We pass details to the suppliers involved in your party and nobody else, such as the baker, the stylist, the entertainer, the photographer, the caterer, the venue or the crew of the yacht. Each receives what its part requires, such as the date, the address, the guest count or allergies. We never sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
We hold enquiry details while your party is being planned and for the follow-up afterwards. Records of confirmed bookings stay on file for the period our accounting and legal duties set. Enquiries that never become bookings are removed after a reasonable time.
Your rights
At any time you can request a copy of your information, ask for corrections or ask us to erase it. Use our contact page, and we will let you know once your request has been handled. Where the law obliges us, certain booking records may stay on file.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies so that it works properly, for instance to remember your language and to protect the request form. No advertising cookies are used. If that changes, this page will be updated and consent requested where needed.
