The things hosts in Abu Dhabi usually want to know, from the opening message right through to the last balloon coming down.
Planning and booking
How much notice do you need?
Two to four weeks is right for most parties. Weekends from October to April and yacht dates book up sooner; with less notice, a simpler setup is often still possible.
What should I send to get started?
Your date, the area or type of setting, how many guests and their ages, any colours or theme, and a ballpark budget. Most of this can be entered in the party builder.
Can you find us a venue?
Yes, on request: halls, private dining rooms, terraces, gardens and play venues. Reserving an outside venue for you adds our planning fee, from AED 750, and the venue prices its own food.
Do you plan majlis-style family gatherings?
Yes. We plan seating for elders, Arabic coffee and dates on arrival, a kids' corner and separate seating when the family prefers it.
Do you travel outside the city?
Yes, on request, for example to a desert-edge garden on a cool evening. Travel is shown in the written quote.
Can we change details after booking?
In most cases, provided nothing custom has been produced yet. Let us know as soon as you can and we will confirm the change, and any price difference, in writing.
Money, safety and the day itself
What do the from-prices cover?
The birthday packages page lists what each level contains. A from-price reflects the standard version; your guests, setting, date and extras shape the final quote, which we confirm in writing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Tabby, Tamara, card and cash. Once we confirm in writing, you pay a 50% deposit to reserve the date, and the remainder before the party.
What if more children come than the package allows?
Each child above the package is from AED 45, which covers their favours, food and the host's time.
When does setup start?
Our crew normally arrives two to three hours ahead of the guests, or earlier for big builds. Access times are agreed with you or the venue beforehand.
Who is responsible for the children?
Our host leads the games, but parents and guardians stay responsible for their children the whole time, especially around pools, stairs and the sea. Our terms of service explain more.
Is it too hot for an outdoor party?
From May to September we suggest indoor rooms or evening starts. October to April is comfortable for gardens, terraces and the beach side of Saadiyat.
