Terms of Service

These terms apply to all the parties we organise, and the written confirmation for your booking sets out the details of your own event.

Estimates and quotes

All from-prices on this site, whether on the packages page or in the party builder, are estimates. The price you pay is the figure we confirm in writing, based on your date, setting, guest numbers and choices.

Booking, deposit and payment

Each booking is confirmed in writing, after which a 50% deposit holds your date and secures the suppliers. The balance is due before the party. You may pay with Tabby, Tamara, card or cash, and any instalment plan is subject to approval by that provider.

  1. Booking confirmedWe confirm the date, the place, the package and the extras with you in writing.
  2. 50% deposit onlineAfter the confirmation you pay 50% online: Tabby, Tamara or card.
  3. Balance before the eventThe other 50% is paid online or in cash before the event.

Booking, payment and cancellation policies

Venues and other suppliers

If your party takes place at a venue run by a third party, its house rules apply on timings, sound and decoration, and it prices its own food and drinks. If we reserve such a venue for you, our planning fee from AED 750 is added.

Parties at home

At a party in your home, villa or majlis, it is the host's responsibility to follow building and community rules, keep noise within limits, obtain any permission needed for large inflatables and arrange access for our crew. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children's safety throughout, including near pools, stairs and balconies.

Safety

We do not supply fireworks, pyrotechnics or drones. On the day, any activity we consider unsafe can be changed or stopped, including on a yacht when the captain advises it.

Photos and videos

Photos and videos taken by our photographers are for you. We do not publish images showing guests, and children in particular, without the host's written consent.

Changes and cancellations

Whether we can move the date, the guest numbers or your choices depends on what suppliers have available, and the price may change as a result; each change is confirmed in writing. You receive the change and cancellation rules for your booking in writing ahead of confirmation, before any money is paid.
