Birthday Venues in Abu Dhabi

When home is too small or you simply fancy a change, we find a suitable venue on request and bring everything else: the styling, the cake, the entertainment and a run sheet that keeps the day on time.

How venue costs are split

Each venue prices birthdays its own way: a room fee, a minimum spend on food, a per-person menu or a price per child with a minimum head count. The food always comes from the venue's kitchen and is quoted by the venue, so it sits outside our quote.

Our side covers the planning plus what the venue leaves out: styling, the cake, entertainers, photography, the timetable and someone running the day. If we reserve an outside venue for you, our planning fee from AED 750 is added. We share each shortlisted venue's terms with you in writing before anything is booked.

What we check with every venue

  • The minimum spend or price per guest for your date and numbers
  • If they accept outside decorators, cakes and entertainers, and what they charge for them
  • Setup and take-down times and the service entrance
  • Sound limits and the latest finishing time
  • Parking for guests, and step-free access for older relatives
  • Age rules for terraces and lounges
  • Deposit and cancellation terms, in writing

What moves the price

  • The venue's minimum spend, higher at weekends and in the cooler season
  • Room size and how many hours you hire it
  • The menu you pick from the venue
  • How much styling the venue permits
  • Entertainment, sound and lighting
  • Any parking, overtime or late-finish charges from the venue

Venue questions

Do you work with fixed partner venues?

We arrange venues on request. For each brief we contact suitable halls, gardens and rooms for your date and pass their rates on to you.

Who do we pay for the venue?

You settle the room, food and drinks with the venue, based on its own quote. Our services and planning fee appear on a separate quote from us.

Can a play venue be decorated?

Most let us style a themed table and add balloons in the party room. A few offer extras of their own, so we check the rules before we design.

Is venue food part of your package?

No. The venue prices its own food, while our packages cover the styling, cake and entertainment.
